Location
The north Ayrshire town of Irvine is located about 30 miles to the south east of Glasgow, 7 miles to the west of Kilmarnock.
Irvine benefits from excellent transport connections being close to the A78, A736, A737 and A71 trunk roads, with direct access to the M77 motorway to Glasgow.
The A78 also provides access to Greenock and Ayr and onward to the ferry terminals at Stranraer, Troon and Ardrossan.
Glasgow Airport is located approximately 25 miles to the north east of the town and Glasgow Prestwick Airport is situated only 9 miles south.

Suites 15/16 extend to 102 sq m excluding the kitchen area and are mostly open plan although the boardroom is partitioned off separately.
Toilet accommodation comprises four sets of ladies and gents toilets on each floor. Disabled facilities are provided.
Service Charges
Maintenance of the common areas and services is covered by a Service Charge which includes the following;
